Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be shipped and how long does delivery take?
Orders containing in-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Orders that include assembly will require 7–10 business days to prepare. Please note that during the holiday season (Thanksgiving through Christmas), processing times may be longer due to high order volume. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Most orders are shipped via Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight and generally arrive within 3–7 business days. Deliveries to remote areas (such as mountains, forests, valleys, or islands) may take longer. You can check the estimated delivery date on the carrier’s website using the tracking number we provide.
How your vehicle is shipped?
Unless otherwise noted, the vehicles we offer are shipped crated or on a pallet and do not come assembled unless you’ve selected our assembly service. Assembly typically requires a few basic tools and mechanical knowledge. If you're not confident in your ability to safely assemble a high-speed off-road vehicle, we strongly recommend selecting professional assembly or having it assembled by a local mechanic.

What does 95% or 98% Assembly Mean? What do I need to assemble if shipped in crate?

For shipping safety, most vehicles cannot be fully assembled prior to delivery.

Minor assembly is required—this typically includes installing mirrors, connecting the battery, adjusting handlebars, and other small components. Before operation, please ensure all screws and fasteners are tightened, engine fluids are at proper levels, and the battery is fully charged. Your factory warranty remains valid right out of the box.

Delivery & Shipping Questions

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please note: sometimes the freight company may call to schedule delivery before we've had a chance to send the tracking details.
I received my tracking number, but it’s not working on the carrier’s website.
Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate. Please try checking again after that time. Sometimes numbers are posted before the freight has left the warehouse.
How will I know when my order is out for delivery?
The freight company will call you using the phone number provided with your shipping details to schedule a delivery appointment in advance.
What should I do if the freight company asks me to pick up my unit from the terminal?
In rare cases, deliveries to rural areas may not be possible due to road access. You may need a truck or trailer to pick up your unit from the nearest freight terminal. If you can’t pick it up, contact us to update the delivery address. If you were charged for residential delivery, let us know and we’ll issue a refund.
Do I need to be home to take delivery?
You personally don’t need to be home, but someone 18 years or older must be available to receive the delivery on your behalf.
Will my delivery driver put my crate inside my garage?
It depends on the delivery driver and property. If your driveway is short, paved, and level, many drivers will use a dolly to place the crate where requested. Otherwise, delivery will be to the base of your driveway.
Is it normal for oil to leak out during transit?
Yes, it’s normal to see some oil on the cardboard. The crate may be handled on its side during shipping, causing minor leaks. This won’t damage the engine, but may cause brief smoke during the first hour of use.
What should I do if my unit arrives with damage?
Some damage to the shipping crate is normal. The crate is designed to absorb impact. If there’s damage, note it with the driver on the shipping invoice. If the unit itself is damaged, submit a Help Request and we’ll send warranty parts at no cost. Please view our short crate acceptance video for guidance.
I just received my order, what should I do next?
Start by removing the cardboard and plastic wrap. Inspect the unit carefully for hidden damage before removing the metal cage. If you see anything concerning, stop and contact us before continuing. Do not throw away your packaging—it is needed in case of return or exchange.

Assembly & Maintenance Questions

If I assemble my unit myself, will it void the warranty?
No, assembling your unit yourself will not void the warranty. However, we strongly recommend hiring a local small engine mechanic. If you run into anything beyond your mechanical comfort level, feel free to give us a call or reach out to a local mechanic for help.
Will my unit arrive with an assembly/owner's manual?
Most units come with either an owner’s manual or an assembly guide. However, we assume customers have the basic mechanical skills needed to complete assembly without one. If you get stuck, don’t hesitate to call us or contact a local small engine mechanic for assistance.
How much will a mechanic charge me to assemble my unit?
A reasonable small engine mechanic should typically charge for just 1–2 hours of labor to complete the assembly of your unit.
What is a 1-hour service, and why is it so important?
The first hour of use is a critical break-in period. Vibration can cause bolts, fasteners, and hardware to loosen. A full inspection after this first hour helps prevent unsafe operation and potential damage.
