Those of you who grew up in the 60’s remember Minibikes as a wonderful part of childhood. Boy's who were fortunate enough to own one couldn't wait to get out of school and go down to the local field to ride.

CLUTCH

You will need to select a Clutch for your Mini Bike in Product Options above. The 12 tooth clutch will give you a faster take off and lower gearing for climbing hills. The 13 tooth clutch will give you more top end speed

ENGINE

Engine Sold Separately. The Mini Bike Kit does not include an Engine unless you add one. After adding this Mini Bike Kit to your cart, you can add an engine and clutch.

Honda, Titan and Predator 6hp engines all fit this frame, the Titan Engine has the throttle cable adapter setup for mini bikes and go karts. Not just any engine will work.

GAS TANK: Most of the newer engines now have a larger gas tank and a much taller gas cap due to EPA requirements. On a Mini bike, this can make it difficult or impossible to remove the gas cap. The Titan engine comes with a side-fill gas tank for easy fueling, and is also approved for California.

You may also install an external Mini bike Gas Tank. Our 7 and 11" Cylindrical gas tanks can be mounted on the mini bike or directly on the engine. The stock gas tank can be relocated and mounted on the frame in front of the seat using heavy duty zip ties..

Honda GX and Predator engines may be a bit difficult to fuel due to the center mounted gas cap. The Titan engine solves this problem with a side-fill Gas Tank. This is not an issue on a Go kart

Orders containing in-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Orders that include assembly will require 7–10 business days to prepare. Please note that during the holiday season (Thanksgiving through Christmas), processing times may be longer due to high order volume. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Most orders are shipped via Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight and generally arrive within 3–7 business days. Deliveries to remote areas (such as mountains, forests, valleys, or islands) may take longer. You can check the estimated delivery date on the carrier’s website using the tracking number we provide.

How your vehicle is shipped?

Unless otherwise noted, the vehicles we offer are shipped crated or on a pallet and do not come assembled unless you’ve selected our assembly service. Assembly typically requires a few basic tools and mechanical knowledge. If you're not confident in your ability to safely assemble a high-speed off-road vehicle, we strongly recommend selecting professional assembly or having it assembled by a local mechanic.

What does 95% or 98% Assembly Mean? What do I need to assemble if shipped in crate?

For shipping safety, most vehicles cannot be fully assembled prior to delivery.

Minor assembly is required—this typically includes installing mirrors, connecting the battery, adjusting handlebars, and other small components. Before operation, please ensure all screws and fasteners are tightened, engine fluids are at proper levels, and the battery is fully charged. Your factory warranty remains valid right out of the box.
