Refund policy
To be eligible for a refund, your shipment must be in the original, un-opened packaging, in new, un-assembled, un-used, re-sellable condition, with no fuel added. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Assembled items cannot be returned.
Shipments:
Shipments can be returned to the manufacturer for a refund, less a 20% restocking charge and all actual original outbound shipping. Customer must arrange for and pay for return shipping.
The shipment will be inspected upon receipt and may incur further deductions from any refund. Shipments that have been uncrated, assembled, partially assembled or operated may not receive any refund.
To start a return, please visit your customer account page. You can initiate a return from your customer account page. If your return request is accepted, please contact a freight company and ship your item(s) back to the address provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you are unable to request a return from your account page, or have questions regarding a return request, please submit a Help Request.You can always contact us for any return question via Chat.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and submit a Help Request immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts or other issues, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items:
The following items are not eligible for return: toys, OEM parts (including TrailMaster and IceBear parts), helmets, tires, electrical components, and any items specifically marked as non-returnable on our website.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on free or sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once the manufacturer has received and inspected your return shipment and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or store credit. Please remember it can take up to 30 days or more for the manufacturer to process and issue a refund.
Warranty claim:
You may be eligible to submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer and send defective parts back for inspection and/or repair or replacement.
