Even though the crate had a small damage from a forklift, everything worked out fine.
This little bike is a ton of fun, and the 196 engine runs just like the old Honda its inspired by. Came with a Crack in the torque converter cover (covered by shipping warranty) but otherwise built without a problem from crate. The only thing I recommend is getting the model with front brakes. This thing breaks 30 mph and just a rear brake isn't really safe enough.

I believe I have made a good choice for grandsons first(and probably only)go-kart. We were not able to open crate until Christmas Eve as it was a gift and hiding in plain sight. There was one piece of the roll bar that my son had to fix/adapt that did not fit properly.
Customer service through chats have been helpful, a great resource for complete newbies might be videos such as “how to start(switches, choke, etc)” and/or other simplified basics. We are teaching the 11 year old to care for and have knowledge about the Trailmaster Mid XRS- so linked learnings through website would be great.
A lot of research led me to choose this company and I am glad I did.
Little more clean up work then expected Rust . But after that Primed and wet sanded ready for top coat.So far all things seems good.
Received this atv from gokartsusa. It was packaged really well and was easy to assmble the remaining pieces. The instructions are cague but if you cant figure it out you should take it to a shop anyways. It started right up and is the perfect speed for a younger child especially with the throttle limit screw
