Purchased the Cheetah I6 for my granddaughter. Delivery was on time. Crate was damaged but vehicle was fine. I did have a minor electrical reset that needed to be done and the support was able to get us up and running with one phone call (Thanks Mario). Good: Quality, customer service, and support. Bad: A little difficult to assemble for a novice given you do not get assembly instructions.

when ordering the auto fill feature used my company visa card, it was a little confusing. I had to stop and call the next day. I wanted to pay over time Called Bread, completely thru me off. but over all everything worked out.

I wish you would do more to reduce shipping costs. This could have come in a smaller container and shipped a different way. I would buy more from you but often I buy from a competitor even when the item cost more because their shipping is so much less.

Pretty cool drift cart. Goes fast. The kids are happy. One bolt for the seat belt was missing. Emailed the company . I am hoping to hear back from them, otherwise I am happy with the order. Will use again.

I have the gokart assembled. Haven’t started it yet. Assembly instructions are very poor. A high speed video o a different model is not ideal. No instructions with accessories. The manual is outdated and not specific on details. You recommend a good mechanic however even a mechanic needs a good manual.
