  Missing or Damaged Delivery Items

If you have just received delivery and anything arrives missing or damaged, complete this Help Request within 3 days and list the parts you need. We will review and submit your request to the manufacturer. If approved, they will get them to you free of charge under warranty.

  • Must be reported within 3 days of delivery with Help Request.
  • Customer pays shipping.

How to do it

  1. You will need your Order Number
  2. and the 17 Digit VIN Number stamped on the frame
  3. Find the parts you need in the manual (TrailMaster)
  4. Submit a Help Request
  5. Use the same email address as on your order
  6. Describe the issue
  7. Provide a list of part names and part numbers

  NOTE: see what is covered by the manufacturer warranty

WARRANTY CREDIT: You may be eligible for credits to place a warranty parts order on our site.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have not received a response to a previous request, please contact our Customer Support Team (888) 886-5846. Submitting multiple Help Requests will not expedite your claim.
