  Missing or Damaged Delivery Items

If you have received your order and any items are damaged or missing, please complete this Help Request form and list the parts you require. We will review and submit your request to the manufacturer. If approved, parts will be promptly shipped to you free of charge under your factory warranty.

  • Must be reported timely within 7-days of delivery with Help Request.

How to do it

  1. You will need your Order Number
  2. 17-digit VIN Number stamped on the frame
  3. Use the same email address as on your order
  4. Select request type from list of common issues or provide description
  5. Upload photos (If applicable)

  NOTE: see what is covered by the manufacturer warranty. If you are not sure what is covered, please submit a Help Request anyway. We will review your request and provide feedback. 

WARRANTY CREDIT: You may be eligible for credits to place a warranty parts order on our site.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have not received a response to a previous request, please contact our Customer Support Team (888) 886-5846. Submitting multiple Help Requests will not expedite your claim.
