Missing or Damaged Delivery Items
If you have just received delivery and anything arrives missing or damaged, complete this Help Request within 3 days and list the parts you need. We will review and submit your request to the manufacturer. If approved, they will get them to you free of charge under warranty.
- Must be reported within 3 days of delivery with Help Request.
- Customer pays shipping.
How to do it
- You will need your Order Number
- and the 17 Digit VIN Number stamped on the frame
- Find the parts you need in the manual (TrailMaster)
- Submit a Help Request
- Use the same email address as on your order
- Describe the issue
- Provide a list of part names and part numbers

WARRANTY CREDIT: You may be eligible for credits to place a warranty parts order on our site.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have not received a response to a previous request, please contact our Customer Support Team (888) 886-5846. Submitting multiple Help Requests will not expedite your claim.
