Factory Warranty
Manufacturer Warranty: The vehicle is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
Some manufacturers may offer direct warranty coverage. Refer to the documentation provided with your product and contact the manufacturer as needed.
Parts Only: Labor is not covered under any circumstance, and no credit will be issued. Assembly, repairs, and maintenance are also not covered.
Missing or broken items noted at delivery may be replaced free of charge under manufacturer warranty. Notify us within 3 days by submitting a Help Request.
Complete your Warranty Registration within 5 days of delivery.
Defective parts must be returned to the manufacturer for inspection before replacements are issued. Submit a Help Request.
Note:
The warranty does not cover repairs. Damage from operation, accidents, improper assembly, or poor maintenance is not covered.

Warranty Coverage
Manufacturer Warranty Includes:
Engine Warranty:
Trailmaster: 12 months / 10,000 miles
Other Brands: 6 months / 6,000 miles
Parts Warranty:
Trailmaster: 6 months / 6,000 miles
Other Brands: 3 months / 3,000 miles
Defective parts will be replaced with new or rebuilt components during the warranty period.
What the Warranty Covers
- Engine: Pistons, camshaft, timing chain, etc.
- Engine Case: Covered if damaged by internal failure
- Drive System: Differential gears, drive shaft, CV joints, bearings
- Fuel System: Carburetor, pump, injectors
- Electrical: Stator, CDI, starter motor
- Cooling System: Radiator, water pump, fans
- Brakes: Calipers, rotors, linkage
- Chassis: Frame, swing arms, A-arms (excludes damage from impact)
- Transmission: Lubricated parts and case (limited)
What is Not Covered
- Wear-and-tear items: Batteries, tires, chains, brakes, etc.
- Misuse or abuse: Racing, stunts, over-revving
- Improper maintenance: No oil changes, wrong lubricants
- Incorrect assembly: Including non-OEM parts or poor setup
