The Packaging is designed to absorb damage and protect the merchandise. Minor damage, scratches missing items can be easily handled. Just complete a Help Request and we will send touch-up paint and/or other items. When you receive your order and there is major damage to the merchandise, please tell the delivering carrier and have them note this on their freight bill.
