Buggy SETUP REQUIRED
Factory Direct in-a-crate
When you purchase a Buggy Factory Direct, you can save a substantial amount of money. However, this means you must perform the vehicle setup when your Buggy arrives. Your Buggy is NOT A KIT. Your Buggy is assembled at the Factory, and then packaged for shipping. It will arrive with ALL MAJOR COMPONENTS INSTALLED including, Engine, Transmission, Brakes, Steering Systems, and Controls etc. Your Buggy will arrive in a large crate. You must uncrate and setup your Buggy when you receive it. This guide is indented to supplement the setup guide provided by the manufacturer Mechanic: Although the setup is not a particularly difficult task, it does require some mechanical expertise. It is strongly recommended that if any setup task is beyond the scope of expertise of the customer, that the customer seeks a qualified mechanic to perform the setup of the vehicle. Install fresh Oil - Before Starting
The leading cause of engine failure is overheating due to improper lubrication. Follow all of these procedures before operating your Buggy. Operating your Buggy for without proper lubrication is the fastest way to severely damage your engine and transmission. Even just a few minutes of running the engine with low or no oil can cause engine failure. Your engine and transmission can give you many years of reliable service, provided you follow these important steps outlined in this guide.

If you are a new enthusiast, welcome to the exciting world of Powersports. You should know that powersport products require substantial mechanical support to uncrate, setup, adjust, maintain, repair and upgrade. This support is required on an ongoing basis. These activities apply to a used product as well as an item brand new out of the box. We strongly recommend that a qualified mechanic perform the setup and all other mechanical operations to keep you product operating properly and safely.
What's Involved?
Buggy will arrive with All Major Components Installed including Engine, Transmission, Brakes, Steering Systems, and Controls etc.
CUSTOMER MUST INSTALL:
- Wheels
- Seats
- Roll Cage
- Battery
- Lights (if so equipped)
- Fuel Line
- Fluids
It is strongly recommended that setup of your Buggy be performed by a Qualified Mechanic
Qualified Mechanic Required
Although the setup is not a particularly difficult task, it does require some mechanical expertise. It is strongly recommended that if any setup task is beyond the scope of expertise of the customer, that the customer seeks a qualified ASE certified mechanic to perform the setup of the Vehicle. Use Locktite on all nuts and bolts
Bolts are not torqued at the factory. The Factory assumes that a Mechanic will perform the setup. If you don't want headlights and other components to fall of while your riding, USE LOCKTITE.

Torque your Wheel Hubs
Before installing your wheels, check the hubs for proper torque. Running your Buggy with loose hubs is a sure way damage them not to mention the bearing and wheel itself.
