Important Assembly & Setup Information
For safety during shipping, most items cannot be shipped fully assembled.
Minor assembly is required upon delivery, including installation of mirrors, battery setup, handlebar alignment, and other small adjustments. Before operation, please tighten all screws and bolts, check all engine fluid levels, and fully charge the battery.
➡️ Warranty coverage begins immediately upon delivery, even before assembly.
Go Karts
You’ll need to install:
- Roll cage
- Steering wheel
- Battery connection
Some smaller or mid-size models may also require: - Sliding seat installation
- Gas tank hookup
Bikes (If Shipped in a Crate)
Depending on the model, assembly may include:
- Handlebars
- Front fender
- Front wheel
- Speedometer sensor
- Mirrors
- Battery
- Headlight and turn signals
