Since you are skipping the Dealer and saving over half of the cost of a retail customer, your Vehicle will arrive in a crate and you will have some assembly to do. (even on mostly assembled units).

Initial Setup must be performed by Qualified Mechanic.
Your vehicle will be shipped in a crate about 95% assembled. Product must be un-crated and setup by the customer's mechanic. Even if you select the mostly assembled option, Initial Setup must Still be performed by a qualified mechanic.Initial setup includes: Oil service, check and adjust all systems, initial engine start, road test, 1 hour service.

98 % assembled but arrived missing screws and bolts to put cage together. Steering wheel cap missing, battery harness missing. Essentially everything was missing to put the rest of it together. G20259012 order number. Didnt get a response back in help support email
