a Freight Forwarder: will pick up from our warehouse in the USA and ship to any location in the world. They will handle the complete shipment including customs clearance. You will pay them directly. If you already have a freight forwarder, you can use them.
Request a Shipping Quote follow these steps:
1. Research and select a freight forwarder in the USA or your Country that is able to transport a small shipment from the USA.
Freight companies call this an LCL shipment (less than container load). Tell them the item is new, in a crate, and will be picked up from a warehouse with a loading dock. (commercial pickup)
*You may also be able to use major services if available in your country like DHL.
2. Contact the freight forwarder: Once you have selected a freight forwarder, you can contact them to discuss your requirements. You will need to provide details such as the *origin and destination of the shipment, the type of goods being shipped, and the weight and dimensions of the shipment. see Shipment Information.
3. Get a quote: The freight forwarder will provide you with a quote based on the information you provide. Make sure to get a detailed quote that includes all the costs involved, such as transportation, customs clearance, insurance, and any other fees.
4. Book the shipment: If you are satisfied with the quote, you can book the shipment with the freight forwarder. They will arrange for the pickup of the goods from our warehouse in the USA and take care of all the logistics involved in shipping the goods to the destination.
5. Pickup Address will be provided to you once your order is paid. You must provide this address to your Freight Forwarder. We can also ship to your Freight Forwarder.
