SSP-G 232cc big bore kit and 4V Cygnus style head for GY6 Engines.

This complete power kit comes with a 67mm cylinder kit and matching crankcase. This means there is no machining of the crankcase required! The crankcase is also pre-drilled and tapped for an oil cooler, which is a necessity on street ridden bikes. An oil block off fitting is included for race bikes.

Includes the following:

Complete 4-Valve Cygnus style cylinder head assembly with 25mm intake valves and 23mm exhaust valves
67mm ceramic coated cylinder and high compression forged piston
Right and left engine cases with oil seals and bearings (must be installed by end user)
250 degree camshaft, cam gear, and roller rockers
Anodized head and cam covers
8.2mm stroker crank
Gaskets, cylinder studs, 96 link cam chain, and associated hardware

The manufacturer suggests up to 25hp at 10,800 RPM is possible with this kit.

Some recommended additions (not included with kit) are: a high torque starter and starter clutch, an oil cooler kit for street riding, a high quality (such as Bando) 842-20-30 belt, 34mm PWK carburetor, quick throttle, rear gears, and a performance clutch and variator kit. Please Note: This kit is for experienced users only. Modifications may be required to ensure the engine will function properly. The cases need to be relieved when using the +8.2mm crankshaft or there may be interference with the piston. Stacking multiple base (cylinder) gaskets will help to make compression levels more manageable.

Orders containing in-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Orders that include assembly will require 7–10 business days to prepare. Please note that during the holiday season (Thanksgiving through Christmas), processing times may be longer due to high order volume. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Most orders are shipped via Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight and generally arrive within 3–7 business days. Deliveries to remote areas (such as mountains, forests, valleys, or islands) may take longer. You can check the estimated delivery date on the carrier’s website using the tracking number we provide.

How your vehicle is shipped?

Unless otherwise noted, the vehicles we offer are shipped crated or on a pallet and do not come assembled unless you’ve selected our assembly service. Assembly typically requires a few basic tools and mechanical knowledge. If you're not confident in your ability to safely assemble a high-speed off-road vehicle, we strongly recommend selecting professional assembly or having it assembled by a local mechanic.

What does 95% or 98% Assembly Mean? What do I need to assemble if shipped in crate?

For shipping safety, most vehicles cannot be fully assembled prior to delivery.

Minor assembly is required—this typically includes installing mirrors, connecting the battery, adjusting handlebars, and other small components. Before operation, please ensure all screws and fasteners are tightened, engine fluids are at proper levels, and the battery is fully charged. Your factory warranty remains valid right out of the box.
