Customer may be required to ship the defective or damaged part to manufacturer first before a replacement will be sent

If having your order shipped to a commercial address, please make sure you have a forklift, loading dock, or several people available to unload the product. The residential shipping fee includes a lift gate so you can easily get the product off the back of the truck. The prices are for shipping to the 48 Continental United States.
