Dr. Pulley 30x18 Sliding Roller Weights. These weights fit Artic Cat 1000cc models (1XT, Prowler XT/Z Thundercat), CFMoto models from 500cc-800cc (CF500, CF600, CF625, CF800), Suzuki Kingquad (450, 500, and 750 models), SYM Maxsym (400cc and 600cc) and Quad Raider (600cc), and Yamaha models from 350cc-700cc (Bruin 350, Grizzly 350/400/450/550/600/660/700, Kodiak 400/450, Rhino 450/660, Viking 700, and Wolverine 350/450/700.)

Traditionally, gear ratio is changed by the up-and-down rolling movement of the roller weights in the ramp of the Moveable Drive Pulley (MDF).

Now the innovative Dr. Pulley Sliding Roller Weights slide up-and-down the ramp to change the gear ratio. This unique sliding movement (not rolling) provides exclusive advantages to increase CVT performance. With Dr. Pulley, no abnormal wear will occur even when running in high gear.

Dr. Pulley's U.S. Patent Number 7,276,004 states that their sliding roller weights eliminate abnormal wear, prevent reduction gear ratio deterioration, prolong the useful life of the transmission, and have the availability to adjust reduction gear ratios as well as driving performance. At the same time, Dr. Pulley Sliding Roller Weights are also adapted to compensate wear automatically, to adjust by itself to move further outward in a movable drive pulley half and to make the vehicle reach a higher maximum vehicle speed.

Orders containing in-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Orders that include assembly will require 7–10 business days to prepare. Unless otherwise noted, the vehicles we offer are shipped crated or on a pallet and do not come assembled unless you’ve selected our assembly service. Assembly typically requires a few basic tools and mechanical knowledge. If you're not confident in your ability to safely assemble a high-speed off-road vehicle, we strongly recommend selecting professional assembly or having it assembled by a local mechanic.

What does 95% or 98% Assembly Mean? What do I need to assemble if shipped in crate?

For shipping safety, most vehicles cannot be fully assembled prior to delivery.

Minor assembly is required—this typically includes installing mirrors, connecting the battery, adjusting handlebars, and other small components. Before operation, please ensure all screws and fasteners are tightened, engine fluids are at proper levels, and the battery is fully charged. Your factory warranty remains valid right out of the box.
