When will my order be shipped and how long does delivery take?

Orders containing in-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Orders that include assembly will require 7–10 business days to prepare. Please note that during the holiday season (Thanksgiving through Christmas), processing times may be longer due to high order volume. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Most orders are shipped via Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight and generally arrive within 3–7 business days. Deliveries to remote areas (such as mountains, forests, valleys, or islands) may take longer. You can check the estimated delivery date on the carrier’s website using the tracking number we provide.

How your vehicle is shipped?

Unless otherwise noted, the vehicles we offer are shipped crated or on a pallet and do not come assembled unless you’ve selected our assembly service. Assembly typically requires a few basic tools and mechanical knowledge. If you're not confident in your ability to safely assemble a high-speed off-road vehicle, we strongly recommend selecting professional assembly or having it assembled by a local mechanic.

What does 95% or 98% Assembly Mean? What do I need to assemble if shipped in crate?

For shipping safety, most vehicles cannot be fully assembled prior to delivery.

Minor assembly is required—this typically includes installing mirrors, connecting the battery, adjusting handlebars, and other small components. Before operation, please ensure all screws and fasteners are tightened, engine fluids are at proper levels, and the battery is fully charged. Your factory warranty remains valid right out of the box.

Mid XRS, a great value.

This review is about the mid xrs model.

This model so far has been great. It's a fast kart and the brakes work well. It looks great, and runs well once you get it setup correctly.

It took me just over an hour to uncrate and assemble. It was a piece of cake. Mine wasn't running right, and I had another hour diagnosing. It turned out to be an air lock created by the gas cap. I drilled a small hole in the cap, and now it runs great.

The paint is really good, and the cage is stout and welded nicely. The kart that came to my house looks way better than the one in the pictures. It looks updated. All the cage hardware that came with it were hardened and really impressive. This thing is really made well for the price I paid.

I'm 5'11" 185lbs, and I can ride with my 90 lb son (albeit not comfortably). Most of the time it's my two boys aged 7 and 9, fighting for their turn to drive. All three of my kids and their friends love it.

Not having reverse and an electric start is a bummer. Also fenders would really be nice. But I knew that going in and I was on a budget. If I did it again I would probably get the mid-xrx for the sake of my back.

There are couple things I don't like about the kart. The seat belts are difficult to use and too short. The gas cap was creating an air lock and was hard to diagnose. The seat adjustment is really bad, and the tires wear quickly.

This kart gets a 5 star review despite its flaws. My kids friggin love this thing.
