Convenient Returns and Refunds
GoKarts USA® offers a 90-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 90 days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible for a refund, the shipment must be in its original, unopened packaging, in new and unused condition, and without any fuel added. Please note that assembled items cannot be returned.
For returns, simply submit a Return Request and follow the provided instructions. Please ensure that you package and ship the item(s) back to the provided address. Damaged, defective, or missing items can be reported through our Help Request page for prompt resolution.
Efficient Shipping and Delivery
GoKarts USA® offers free shipping on vehicles and parts orders over $149. Small items are typically shipped via FedEx within 3-5 days, while vehicles are delivered via truck freight within 3-10 business days. Please note that choosing the 98% assembled option may add up to three days to the shipping time.
It's important to inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues immediately through our Help Request page. Orders lost or stolen after delivery cannot be replaced or refunded.
